Digital Copier Systems Eastern Ltd has been trading for over 10 years.
Since the company was first established in 2001, Digital Copier Systems (Eastern) Ltd has grown to become one of Suffolk’s leading Konica Minolta suppliers, of state-of-the-art multifunctional copier/printer devices.
Managing Director Nigel Wallis, initially started the business in a small office in Bury St Edmunds, with an administrator and an engineer, and now operates from a 10,000 sq ft premises on a business park in Ipswich. This modern facility provides product demonstration showroom, warehousing, workshops and offices for over 30 employees.
The company which mainly serves the whole of East Anglia, Cambridgeshire, Essex and North East London, also supports machines all over the UK.
With our experienced staff, we ensure we have regular contact with our customers, including delivery drivers to deliver our consumables items such as toner cartridges. We could post or courier consumables, but we try to use our own delivery drivers so customers know we are taking an interest in their account.
