We have successfully maintained our ISO-9001 Accreditation for 2012.
We ensure we maintain systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of our customers are met. ISO 9001 certification by an accredited certification body, shows our commitment to quality, customers, and a willingness to work towards improving efficiency. It demonstrates the existence of an effective quality management system that satisfies the rigours of an independent, external audit. It shows where issues do arise, we have the systems in place to resolve to a satisfactory conclusion.
