Digital Copier Systems (Eastern) Limited (“DCS”) is based at Gamma Terrace, West Road, Ransomes Europark, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 9FF. WE collect and/or process “personal data” and/or “special category data” (as defined in the legislation) as part of our contracted services and/or for our own administration.
On occasion, we may process data on behalf of our clients (either their data or that of their clients in turn). In these circumstances, DCS becomes the “data processor” where the data are processed by us under instructions from the client – who remains the “data controller”.

Data is held whilst still relevant to the purpose for which they were collected. Once no longer of relevance, all destruction is by secure means.
