In order to provide the best possible levels of service, we use an IT Helpdesk Remote Support software, to resolve IT related issues quickly and effectively. From time-to-time, we may ask or you may ask us to remotely access your IT Infrastructure or equipment, to provide training, loading of drivers, configuration or amendment to settings, to the products we provide you.
By downloading this Remote Support tool, you are giving us authority to work on your operating systems, and where a network support contract is not in place, you accept a charge of £20 + VAT for each 15 minutes of helpdesk support.
If we are unable to resolve any issue in this remote session, a site visit may be required, and will be charged at £95.00 + VAT for each hour of IT related support.
By accepting remote support you hereby indemnify Digital Copier Systems (Eastern) Limited, and its employees, from and against any and all such claims for network malfunction, failure, errors or alterations, including data loss, which may result whilst you have requested our assistance, including all costs and expenses (including legal expenses) incurred in connection with any such loss or damage.
